As a native Balinese, Daniek grew up amidst the dynamic heritage of the Balinese culture. However, unlike most Balinese, he chose photography as the medium to express his artistic vision.
Today, photography has given him both a rewarding profession and and satisfying life's passion.
As a strongly self-motivated artist, Deniek never stops learning in his 26 years of photography terune; 18 years of which in professional photography, jurnalism, advertising, annual report, industrial, portrait, travel, landscape and nature photography.
Hundreds of his photographs are published annually for advertising, promotion, general publication, poster and calendars.
Deniek also publishes hin own Indonesia Collection Series Engagement Diares, Posters and Calendars.
In stock photo, he offer some of the finest collection of travel, landscape and nature photography, mostly 6 x 6 transparencies.
Whether photographing for a client or for himself, Deniek devotes the same creative energy to meet his artistic vision and professional requirements in the style that is distinctly his own.
Deniek has a lot to be grateful for to photography. That's why he is always doing whatever he can do to repay what he owes to potography.
Besides giving a series of seminars on Stock Photo and other topic, he is also active in various photography related activities such as workshop and presentations for photo club members and photography studies.
He is a founder-members of Leica Photography Club of Indonesia and this fist Executives Chairman.
Deniek's latest venture, with the supports of 35 concerned photographer, professionals and hobbysts, is the founding of Galeri Foto Cahya - a professionally run modern photo gallery with the sole aim to promote photography as a valuable work of art and provides the most prestigious place to show photography works from Indonesia.
